We are actively evaluating sites across Georgia, with a particular focus on the Atlanta MSA, North Georgia, and secondary Georgia metros. If you control land that could support an 80-to-150-unit affordable housing community — zoned multifamily or with a path to that zoning — we want to see it. We respond promptly, conduct our diligence professionally, and keep our conversations confidential.

Mission-aligned partnerships.
We are building relationships with housing authorities across Georgia. If your agency is planning a new development, considering a PBV partnership for a planned community, or looking for a development partner on authority-owned land, we would welcome the conversation. We come to these partnerships prepared to listen first.

Tax credit equity & debt.
TrueHaven works with tax credit syndicators, construction and permanent lenders, CDFIs, and mission-aligned equity partners across the Southeast. If you are actively deploying capital into ground-up affordable housing and want to learn more about our platform, we are available for a direct conversation.

Cities, counties & jurisdictions.
Cities and counties across Georgia are working actively on the affordable housing challenge. If your jurisdiction is developing an affordable housing strategy, evaluating specific sites, or seeking development partners for planned projects, we would like to be on the list of developers you talk to.
